Do not guess ball size
Cleaning balls must match tube condition and system design. If procurement orders by memory only, the result may be poor cleaning, wrong fit or unnecessary cost. The RFQ must include tube ID, tube material, old ball specification and system model.
Questions to ask
What ball type was used before? What is the tube ID? Is the existing ball collector working? Is the issue cleaning performance, missing balls or spare stock? Is the cooling water clean, muddy, salty or biological?
