Power Grid Company of Bangladesh (PGCB) had been using FLIR infrared cameras for substation inspections. On December 12, 2017, Impro Solution Bangladesh delivered the first Fluke thermal imager to PGCB and commissioned it on site. This made us the first supplier of Fluke equipment to the country’s power sector. Our team trained PGCB engineers on the new Fluke device and explained why it is better than the older FLIR units. After this training, PGCB staff could check hotspots and maintenance problems more quickly and with better accuracy. This case shows our ability to bring in better technology and support our customers with hands‑on training.

In the field, our trainers demonstrated Fluke’s thermal imager scanning live power lines and transformers. The hands-on session allowed PGCB engineers to handle the equipment themselves, capturing hot spots and comparing results to
